Refunds & Cancellations

At Wedding Wave, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure a transparent and seamless process, we have outlined our policy on refunds and cancellations below.

1. Booking Cancellation

Client-Initiated Cancellation:
- If you cancel your booking 10 days or more before the event date, a refund of up to 50% of the advance payment will be issued.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
Wedding Wave-Initiated Cancellation:
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund of the advance payment will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

Advance Payments:
- All advance payments are considered non-refundable except under the conditions stated above.
Partial Refunds:
- If specific services are canceled or not delivered due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a prorated refund.
Digital Products:
We also provide digital products as part of our physical products and services. Please note that no refunds will be issued for digital products once they are delivered.

3. Modifications to Booked Services

Requests to modify the scope of services (e.g., vendor changes, design alterations) must be made at least 7 days in advance. Additional charges may apply, and refunds for services removed from the package will not be provided.

4. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to attend the event or provide necessary access to the venue/vendors on the agreed-upon date, no refund will be provided.

5. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances), we will make every effort to reschedule the services or provide a partial refund based on the expenses already incurred.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation via the original payment method.
